Cross Border Medical Connection Inc.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

Cross Border Medical Connection Inc. is a coordination company, not a medical provider, based in San Diego, California.

What we collect: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the procedure you're interested in, and any message you choose to send.

How we use it: Your information is used only to respond to your request and is never sold.

Who we share it with: We share it only with companies that help us run our website and reply to you, such as our email and customer-management tools, and, if you ask for a quote, with the doctor you're asking about.

Google reviews: Some pages show reviews from Google Maps. To show them, our server asks Google for the latest reviews each time the page loads. We don't send Google your name, contact details, or anything you type into our forms. Your browser loads reviewers' profile photos directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

Tracking: We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We don't use your form information for advertising, and we don't let other companies track you across websites through our site. Google receives limited information when pages show Google reviews, as explained above.

Cookies and Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. It uses cookies, small files your browser stores, to tell a first visit from a return visit. Google Analytics also counts when someone sends our form or taps to call, text or email us, without recording what you type. We never send Google your name, email, phone number, message, or the procedure you choose on our form. We've turned off ad personalization and Google signals (Google's cross-device features). To see how Google uses this information, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's free opt-out add-on.

Google ad click IDs: If you reach our site from a Google ad, your browser keeps that ad's click ID, a code Google adds to the ad's link, for up to 90 days. It comes to us with your form, so we can see which ads bring inquiries. You can remove it anytime by clearing your browser data.

Questions or changes: To see, correct, or delete your information, email contact@cbmedicalconnection.com or text (619) 819-9464. You can also phone (619) 629-0222.

We may update this page. If we do, we'll change the date above and post the new version here.
